- A program whose amount, limit or status has changed: give the state, the program and the link to the agency's page or guide.
- A county figure that differs from the HUD, FHFA or FHA file.
- A state agency, county or city program we have not read yet.
- Embedding the calculator on a housing counseling or community site: the code is on the embed page.
What we cannot do
We cannot tell you whether you will be approved, reserve funds or recommend a lender. We are not an agency: applications go through a lender approved by your state's housing finance agency, and HUD-approved housing counselors can review your case for free or at low cost.
