About Down Payment by County
Radif Partners loads the HUD fiscal year 2026 income limits for every county and New England town, the FHFA 2026 conforming loan limits, and the program guides of state housing finance agencies, then turns them into one answer: what share of your area median income you earn, which state programs you may fit, how much they lend or give, on what terms, and what your monthly payment looks like with and without the help. No email, no phone number and no lender referral are asked for or offered; the arithmetic runs in your browser.
Why this site exists
This site gives one answer for one household: pick a county, enter an income, a household size and a price, and it shows which state programs fit, how much each one pays, the cash left to bring and the monthly payment with and without the help. It reads every state agency's rules one by one, keeps the agency's own wording next to each figure, and dates every number it shows, so a buyer can check it with an approved lender the same day.
This site gives the answer to "do I qualify in my county and for how much" straight away: the HUD limit of the county, each state program's own terms read on the agency's pages, the amount in dollars and the monthly payment with and without the help, with no name or email asked.
Who publishes it
The site is published by Radif Partners, a company that builds calculators from public data. It is not a public body and has no link with HUD, FHA, FHFA, any state housing finance agency, any lender or any real estate brokerage. It takes no commission, refers no one, asks for no name or email and carries no affiliate link.

Where the figures come from
HUD fiscal year 2026 income limits for county medians and 80% limits, FHFA 2026 conforming loan limits, HUD Mortgagee Letter 2025-23 for FHA limits, the Freddie Mac weekly rate survey, and the program pages and guides of each state housing finance agency, read one by one. The method page sets out every rule; the editorial policy explains how corrections are made.
What the site does not do
It does not take applications and cannot reserve funds. It does not know whether a program's yearly money has run out today: it shows the status the agency published. It cannot read your income documents or your credit report. Its answer is an estimate that an approved lender confirms or corrects.
